Based on @AlbertBreer tweet looks like a 5.625m cap in year 1, 9.125m cap in year 2, and 11.125m in year 3. #packers
Still, $26m in the first 3 seasons isn't far off from the average per season.

If you have the cap money then front load on a young guy, but back loading always works out well for the team unless said player gets a ridiculous signing bonus. It leaves the option open to pay less than they would have otherwise.
But then at the same time front loading could bite you in the arse if the player gets seriously hurt in the first or second year when you could have been paying them a lot less.
