Lets not forget some key losses during Baldwin's time:

Northwestern state
Sam Houston State
Jacksonville State

OT Win vs Wofford

At least those were 1AA/FCS teams.

But North fricking Alabama?

Baldwin lost to 3 1AA teams, and all in the same season.
Stokley lost to a Division 2 team and a 1AA in his last 2 seasons.
Baldwin was no coach, but he left more talent than he inherited.
