@NFLonFOX 1m REPORTS: Ken Whisenhunt accepts offer to become Titans new head coach.

Looks like he chose quality of living over the Detroit abyss.

...because any offensive-minded coach would ejaculate repeatedly at the idea of coaching a QB whose baseline is 4500 yards and 30 TDs with still room for improvement?
Yeah except for the fact that Stafford is not a good QB.

Whisenhunt made the right choice Locker has much higher upside and if it goes bad they aren't too invested and can move on. Whatever coach goes to Detroit is stuck with Stafford for at least the next 4 or 5 years.

I think tis is why he choose the Titans he can evaluate Locker and make a decision. He's not handcuffed to a QB who we know is not good

Good thing your opinion is meaningless as you have proven time and again you are either stupid or a complete troll.

He did a helluva job this year getting Rivers back to being productive, he could've done the same for Stafford.

you got half of it right... Locker is a terrible QB when he's healthy (which is almost never)... he'll never be a 60% passer... couldn't even do it in college with Sark as his HC and three years playing experience.

I love the hire... best the titans could've hoped for, imo. He wants to run a 3-4 defense, and detroit wasn't going to let him do that.

Titans need to draft a QB this year.
