A friend of mine from high school has been operating a small farm in Thibodaux for many years and he has built up a connection with the chefs of NOLA by which he grows the produce that they like to be able to use in their kitchens.

Cool. I have a friend in Oxford, MS that does the same for there and Memphis. He grows over 100 different items.

That's super cool. I love to see that happening all over, even here in BR with people using people like Covey Rise, Cajun Grain, and many smaller and lesser known local producers. That's what's UP, and benefits the community, our local economy, as well as the overall health and vibrancy of where we live.

I bet you're proud of them.
