These playoffs will not be a deciding factor of who's the better QB however Manning needs a SB ring a lot more than Brady does. If Brady gets his 4th SB that will seal the deal on him as the GOAT if he doesn't have that label already.

Brady won with ease completing 52% of his passes, throwing for 198 yards and no touchdowns, and having a passer rating of 78.6. Manning threw for 230 yards, completed 69% of his passes and 2 touchdowns plus a pick that bounced off of his receivers chest in the end zone, and a passer rating of over 93 (second highest this weekend behind Philip Rivers). The stats could be similar for both next week and the Pats would win, yet this somehow makes Brady the GOAT? That is incredibly dumb. You cannot judge individual greatness based on team W-L records.

No it won't, SB are a team accomplishment.

That being said, Montana is the GOAT, and Unitas is a close second.

I think it is incredible what Manning has gone through to keep himself relevant, even after the surgeries. He went from having one of the strongest arms to the weakest arms in the NFL, a new WR corps, after basically taking a year off. That is undeniably one of the greatest transitions in sports history. I will give him all the credit in the world for that.
