I would do the CSP. If your wife can refer you then you net 60K points. That is equivalent to 2 nights at a top tier Hyatt (30K points per night), with the option of using at any other tier.
So you are maximizing point potential. May not always be able to with free night certs.
Plus Hyatt isn't under 5/24, you can always get it. At $0 AF first year, i don't see a reason to go Hyatt (or IHG) over CSP.
So imo, you should get CSP + Hyatt/IHG. Personally, I'd go with Hyatt and get IHG later.
Better yet, if you don't have the companion pass, go for 2 SW cards since they are under 5/24.
