For a few years now, Brighten the Corners has been my favorite work by Pavement. Lately, though, Wowee Zowee has been making a push. To me, that one feels the most developed, despite the raw garage band sound. Look at songs like We Dance, AT&T, Give it a Day, and Rattled by the Rush... just prototypical Pavement songs.
