Smoking - It was a different time. Smoking was ubiquitous. When I went to college in 1970. It was up to the teacher, but it was common to walk into class and see ashtrays sitting on the desk or tables. That's right, we could smoke in class. I'm glad to see that is not popular anymore; in the US. There's still a lot of smoking in Germany and Belgium.

Hasn't the smoking rate hovered around 20% for the last couple of decades? Thanks largely to West Virginia & Kentucky. Those folks can smoke!
