I have already read from one voter who said he voted for 10 and deliberately kept Bagwell off his ballot. Not because he wasn't one of his top 10, but because he knew he would still get enough votes to be on the ballot next year and he would vote for him then.

Yeah Kurkjian said that same thing. He left Schilling off his ballot in favor of Jack Morris, so Morris could get another shot next year.

He even admitted he though Schilling was a better player than Morris.
