5 lbs ground deer
2 medium yellow onions
1 package REO chili seasoning
2 cans tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 cans kidney beans
1 can black beans
Enough water to cover good then cook down to desired consistency
Then season with additional stuff as needed
I also mixed a scoop of the liquid with a few spoonfuls of masa to thicken it up

Browned a purple onion . A Bell pepper . 3 ribs of celery. 4 cloves of garlic.
Then ~5 lbs of deer
1/2 a bottle of shiner bock
Splash of red wine.
1/2 pint of beef stock
I packet of chili seasoning. I tried something called Brown bag last night.
2 cans drained black beans
2 cans of drained corn
3 cans of tomatoes, crushed, diced, chopped
1 pinch of cinnamon
3 tbsp of siracha
Season with cumin, pepper, chili powder to taste
Garnish w/ lime wedges, cilantro, avocado
