I doubt the North Korean army is very formidable. Large perhaps but like Hussein's in desert storm--poorly motivated and under armed.
The country can't even produce enough energy for lights let alone for war.
Now not even the Chinese will give them weapons and fuel to wage a war.
This guy is young. Let me wither away under 40 more years of him as far as I am concerned.
The Kim family seems to only stir crap when things are the worse in the country. They will soon threaten some war but this time they may very well get it.

What supposedly started this whole deal with his uncle was the uncle had taken over a coal mine and some fishing boats. Kim sent in army troops and they got their asses kicked by the uncle's private security force.
