Future of LSU football

With the way the OU Offense humbled Alabama I wonder if LSU is slipping on a comparison scale? The OU QB is also a freshman that looked great. Jennings looked meh. Are we developing QB's well enough after Mett? The loss of a couple of recruits yesterday was painful to see as well as a few others that already left for Bama.

He was a redshirt freshmen with much, much more experience in a high tempo offense. Your comparison is shite.

Show me a really good true freshman QB in college football from this year

That redshirt freshman qb that played last night, unlike the true freshman Jennings, wasn't making his first ever start. As far as developing QB's after Mett, did you noticed the marked improvement of Mett after one offseason with the OC who is known for developing QB's? Do you think that was a fluke or could it be possible that Cameron will be able to develop the next QB's, who by the way, just so happen to be 3 very talented players? As far as the recruits LSU lost, pulling in the #1 recruit in the nation, who by the way, chose LSU over Bama, eases the pain of some of any other guys who chose to play elsewhere. The future of LSU football is fine, thanks for the concern.

what a spoiled fan base. i will tell the athletic director that joe dean wants his job back and he will have curley hallman to coach the tigers again this time with lou tepper as his dc. that should make some people happy

Oh my God. The world is ending. Give me a break. We just the 1 player in the nation. Chill out.

Don't think so hard you will hurt yourself. If cam can't develop them who can?

We just got a commit from the #1 player in the country. Granted we missed out on a few in-state guys, but the in state talent was incredible this year.
Jennings didnt look great, mainly because they didnt want to install a whole new offensive scheme for 1 game. I think next year, we'll see more roll-out pass/run option plays that will spark the offense....hopefully.
And McCarron just played his last game and Bama has now lost 2 in a row.

Collin cowherd just had a segment on his radio show where he professed college football is changing before our eyes, put your best athlete at quarterback, blah blah blah. If this were the case, I believe LSU is in a great position to adapt with AJ/Harris at the realm. You can't tell me that Trevor Knight is a better athlete than either of the two.

Yes LSU is so over with doubt if we win a game next year fire the whole coaching staff and bring back Curly Hallman
