So I'm still doing PiYO(like it so far, mostly seeing results in my flexibility and have lost some inches so far). Had to use a new disc I hadn't used before...disc won't read.
Got on online chat and they are sending me another disc right away.
That's why you buy the programs directly from beachbody. I had bought the program a month ago and not having issues with them sending me another disc.

The wife started PiYo. From what I can see she likes it so far, and it definitely makes her sweat.

Time to check in, guys. How are we doing?
I'm on the last week of Phase I of the Mass Schedule in X3. I do X2 Ab Ripper a couple of days a week, though. I don't know why. I just do.

Last week while I was waiting for my replacement disc to come in I hit the gym up and just did weights and cardio.
Tried starting Piyo back up this week...but my knee has been bugging me off and on. Doing a piyo video def made it worse. Hoping to start back up on it next week though. You def sweat with it and I am def seeing increased flexibility with it and I'm not losing much pounds wise...but I am losing inches.

I'm on day 11 of round 2 of x3. I can tell that I'm a lot stronger. When I started round 1, I couldn't even do a pull-up with my assist band. I'm doing 10 at a time now.

I half-arse started P90X3 again last week…only did 3 workouts..we able to knockout 10 pull-up/26 pushup on the challenge…the 10,000 pushup challenge really kept my gains in check…the previous month of July I worked maybe 1-2 times a week…haven't been doing 5 days a week since late may so hope to fix that trend this month…starting back at week 1 day 1

Congrats. I tried x3 but it doesn't whoop my butt like Insanity does, and I can't stand Tony Horton.

Week 3, Phase 2, Mass Schedule.
Tonight: Eccentric Upper
I may have a cup of coffee before the workout. I'm gassed.

Benched 235x5 for 3 sets yesterday using a wide grip nd then worked on some overhead squats @ 135 for sets ranging from 5-10 reps working on form.
Today was slow front squats at 205x3: 3 seconds down, 2 second hold, explode from the bottom for 4 sets followed by a 2,000 meter row in under 8 min.

Dr. Tiggs, what's this P90? Isn't that the one for old people?

It's basically power 90 updated for 2014. It's P90X without the X, so no extreme. Everything's very basic.
It's designed for people new to fitness or intimidated by extreme levels.
