If you buy them one piece at a time, you can buy the good stuff. My fav is all clad.
Buy a cheap skillet and a 10qt all clad, next time you get some cash get an all clad skillet, then a sauce pan, then a 12 qt...etc etc. That stuff is amazing.

cooked a lot on the ex's moms all clad and this is the truth. shite, all clad makes the emeril stainless sets and you can definitely tell a difference in quality.
