No burns from the self destruct...
Still getting the two page move when I hit the blue back space arrow.
I am not using a mouse on the lap top.
This only happens on this site. Navigating other sites is not a problem.
So I have decided that I'll just have to live with it. It's a real pain in the arse, but I have checked for remedies here and on the internet and come up shooting blanks...
Thanks for everyone who gave suggestions and were worried about my personal safety..

Is 'scroll lock' on? If it is, turn it off. Tap your 'insert' (teehee) key as well.
You basically have a 'stuck' key somewhere (on the software level), more than likely.
ETA- if you open up the on-screen keyboard, you may see which one is 'pressed' down.
