I agree with others about Rex Ryan. I can see him doing some things with a good OC.
I could also see Tony Sparano being a good college coach. Has a little personality and seems to understand personnel pretty well.

Rex Ryan isn't a mediocre coach though. There probably aren't even five coaches who could squeeze 7-8 wins out of that roster like he has done this year.
