Can't really think of 7 that much better than him.
You have your indisputable top 4:
Manning/Brady/Brees/Rodgers (the top spot changes from year to year)
Romo is clearly ahead of the next group, which includes guys like Ryan/Newton/Big Ben. Then you have young guys still proving: Luck/Wilson/Griffin/Foles

Rivers used to be my #5 in 2010 for sure, but his two-year decline made everyone forget how good he was.
I think this would be my current top ten:
Peyton
Rodgers
Brees
Brady (was third before 2013)
Rivers
Romo
Ryan
Wilson
Big Ben
Foles
I do not feel very confident about the back end of the list. I want to put Luck in there, but that looks to still be 2014 at the earliest. Cam is probably the biggest exclusion. Dalton is starting to creep towards the top ten.

Off the top of my head, I think my top 8 would be exactly the same, definitely top 6.
After 8, I don't necessarily disagree, I just haven't looked much into it.
But that list is on point.

Russell Wilson is a better QB than Romo. An earlier poster talked about the "it" factor. Romo may put up stats worthy of someone's Fantasy Football team but he just doesn't have that ingredient you want from your QB when an important (and I mean *really* important) game is on the line. In two seasons of football, I see that "it" factor residing within Wilson.

You seriously need to get over 2011, dude. It wasn't the state of Alabama who put UA into the title game with the "eyeball test" argument. Those were national writers and college coaches who did that.

Um, I have not posted a single stat in this thread, and I am not a super stat guy. I do think stats need to be in the argument however. Just not the be all end all.
