Agreed, also look at the Bears... Offensive line has been an issue for them for years, but this season under Kromer they gave improved a lot.

Replacing 4/5 offensive linemen probably had a little something to do with that.

Also the Bears signed a Pro-Bowl LT, a 1st round guard, and a 5th rounder at RT. There was much more than just a coaching change. They actually acquired some talent, too.
