Poor replacement of departed position coaches

While I know everyone wants to blame talent for the OL and WR issues this year, but both are more likely due to the losses of Curtis Johnson and Kromer, two top guys, with mediocre to bad replacements.

WR corp was subpar starting last season and OL reall struggling this season. It's not s coincidence.

Agreed, also look at the Bears... Offensive line has been an issue for them for years, but this season under Kromer they gave improved a lot.

on the OL point, I will agree with you - the regression of how they played under Kromer is very evident.

for the Receivers, i'm not sure if I would agree on that just yet. the Oline not blocking well, and no run game to loosen the secondary up a bit is the main culprit there - at least in my opinion.

So nfl veterans need that much coaching? These dudes don't exactly forget how to play good football. I'd chalk it up more to overachieving players declining physically. If you want to start blaming coaches for the inability of players to perform the rant is a few spots up.
