Very easy to call a slow start for this team. The key is can they figure things out in the coming months.

Of course not. I just want the next step to be a black and white decision. Karl is lobbying hard for the job, if we pass him up it should be because Monty earns the right to be here several more years, not because the team got hot at the right time and then finds out we gave Monty one year too many.
