Or if all other 15 coaches become world-beaters, he could become #16. Or if the other 15 coaches all fall apart, he could be #1 forever. Or if he wins the next 3 national championships, he could rise. Or if Saban has a stroke, Miles could rise. Or if.....Or if.....or if....
You hold Miles (and 11 others) constant, and speculate about 2. Your statement is meaningless.
