Was this inflammatory thread really necessary? It's great that you are (or think you are) some type of muckety-muck around here, but then you of all people would understand why this was a stupid thread to make, right?

Would they be happy if we kept Landon Collins, Cameron Robinson, Hootie Jones, McKnight, etc if we didn't get Patrick Peterson, Terrance Toliver, Craig Loston, Spencer Ware, Sam Mongtomgery, etc.

probably

I just don't get the rationale that if you were a bit frustrated that LSU lost 2 of it's best in state players, that you cannot be excited about OOS recruits.

If it keeps dudes like you from posting in other threads, then it worked.

It's not an unnecessary thread. I think the people that understand my point "get it." Then there's others that would trade every single OOS prospect for in-state kids that will be mad because they can't see the logic.

I was frustrated they aren't playing at LSU, but I also understand that there's not a gated border around the state preventing kids from leaving.

frustrated and downright ridiculous are two different things.

I am a little frustrated to see them go somewhere else, but posters that take it to an entirely different level. Everyone would have liked to see them stay in state, but to think that a top rated kid leaving the state is completely unheard of and should be counted against the staff......

But why stoop to that level? Let the idiots be idiots and continue to get their stupid threads RA'd. There really shouldn't be a need for an inflammatory thread such as this.

No room. They obviously wanted Del Rio more than Winston.
