its all falling down, surely yall get it...

subject matter of post is stupid... legit post would predict when hammer drops on the lowder debt the boogs must pay

You sort of have to exclude Dye whom the NCAA fired from Auburn....lest they forget how they NCAA sanctions read. He was so toxic nobody would have taken him.

All the rest couldn't go anywhere else....why? Part of their terminations included massive buyouts...and if they coached anywhere else in the specified time frame in their buyouts...they wouldn't get them.

Auburn's still paying Chiz I think, which is why he isn't out looking for a gig.

Most coaches contracts include buyouts. Would any school have kept Chizik after last year? Obviously this season validates we made the right decision.

You guys will never believe it, but Tubs resigned, he could have come back for one more year. He had reasons he could not give the effort required. His son is on Auburn's team, Tubbs pull for Auburn.

Shula and Curry resigned also but that's just a technicality when they tell you that you are done - or "here are the conditions of employment" knowing that a coach won't accept them.

So is this for the same reason Cam turned down $180k from State? Because Toomer's Corner is Heaven on Earth?

You've never come across as desperate, however this post is dripping with desperation.

The Dye, Tubs and Chizik qualifiers are a bit

Who are you trying to convince with this thread and the qualifiers? Anyone that follows SEC football would know these things already. Lighten-up Malzahn isn't going to Texas.

The Tubs narrative...

The good part is that they are all still on the payroll.

You are right. We will never believe it because it was a resignation in public narrative only. He got paid $5M (I think) to not coach there again.

You don't give a severance package to a coach who resigns after being defeated 36-0 to your biggest rival to cap off a losing season. You give a severance to a coach you tell to get bent after being defeated 36-0 to your biggest rival to cap off a losing season.

Muschamp and Chizik both made lateral moves from Auburn to Texas. If I remember correctly, Chizik even went from being the only DC at AU to being co-DC at Texas
