yeah he pretty much had that backwards - there is no offseason in the NFL for HCs.
college is a series of one year scholarships so you have total roster control - not so in the NFL
CFB head coaches dont have to do too much in May and June - Pro coaches have OTAs in May and June

That is why UT wants to pursue Harbaugh with the promise of riches and the ability to spend more time with young kids (I think he has an infant son).
