In Minnesota, everyone is together. It's a joke as the private schools take WAY more state titles than they should. Classes are based on enrollment and the privates dominate the "rich kids" sports. Of course they don't admit that they "recruit," but it's not a level playing field. I wished we split the public and private schools apart. It sounds like Louisiana has their shite together. People in Minnesota public schools are outraged at the private school's advantage.

I agree that it is a little watered down, but I was happy to see teams like Kinder and Union win. Especially Union who had lost a player earlier this season. Any other year Union gets beat by Curtis by 45.

The only definitive #1 we couldn't determine was 1A. I would have loved to see Haynesville and Vermilion Catholic play. Both teams were very talented this year. It sucks, but that's me being selfish. VC was able to win in memory of their schools priest who passed away.
