The Saban To Texas Saga Isn't Over

This isn't about 'butthurt' or wanting Saban gone from bama or hating Saban for leaving LSU or any of the other stuff that is claimed when an LSU fan posts about Saban.
Texas isn't going to keep Brown as head coach, IMO. There are too many negatives, too many Texas supporters wanting him gone. The whole fiasco was premature, jumping the gun on him leaving. Most likely he is leaving after the bowl game and Oregon beating them soundly will seal the deal. THEN the real story begins. Saban to Texas, even with a new contract signed, isn't out of the question.
How much Texas has to spend isn't an issue....they can and will pay the millions needed to hire the coach of their choosing. I don't think Saban will leave bama though, as I've said throughout the past few weeks. Texas poor handling of the situation killed whatever chance they had of hiring Saban and probably affected their hiring any of their top choices for the next head coach.
The Saban to Texas talk isn't over folks. It's just delayed for a few weeks. And believe me, a new contract and the 'I ain't going to Texas' by Saban isn't a guarantee that he's staying at bama.
Now, flame away gumps.

They may try, but ultimately it's probably over; however, replacing Mack may be going on.

Mack might still be gone, but Saban is not going there.

I bet you still sing "When You Wish Upon a Star" every night to help you fall asleep, don't you?!

Mack staying thru bowl actually increases the odds of a current NFL coach being the pick.
In other words:
Sean Payton, you're up!!

this is about as ignorant of a statement as I've heard about this situation.
tejas will NOT be as stupid as you think they will be. this isn't university money but the university has an image to protect and they are VERY tuned in to that image.
lastly, you are making this up. you have NO idea what texas will do.

Welp, it seems my thread is anchored.
We'll be talking about Saban to Texas again after Oregon gets through with them though....mark my words.

what does it take to convince yahoos that Saban is going no where?
This is and has always been about getting more money from the gumps- he knew they would pay more he just used Texas to get the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
I do think he enjoyed all the media attention- he believes all the press about himself. THat's why after the Aubbie game he threw everyone under the bus cause in his mind there was no way it was his fault
