TE on a LB will probably happen a lot. Where Iowa goes down, if they do, is if they have to throw the ball, and the D gets winded. Or in any instance that they don't control TOP. Iowa needs to score at least 24, control the clock, and let the D win the game. In this particular game, that is asking a lot from a still developing team. tOSU and MSU aren't bad teams. We were competitive, and in some cases beating both badly. For 2-3 quarters. I would expect a good game. I'm apprehensive about this Iowa team getting a win. Although having said this, this team does remind me a lot of 2008, where we lost early, developed, and took a run at the NC in 2009. I'm just not sure that either the 2012-2013, and next year's team has the same level of NFL talent on it though. I don't recall exactly, but I think there are still 6-8 players from those tow years that still get playing time in the NFL. As much as I would like it to be 2008 all over again, I'm not sure it is.

We'll find out quite a lot about just how much Iowa has improved this year in this game. We might find out things we really don't want to know.
