Does all the smoke coming out warrant a response from Saban?

To me it's a little suspicious that he hasn't come out and said anything yet. Maybe he knows he made a mistake by doing it in the past but you would think if none of this is true he would say something for reasons of recruiting etc.

Yeah I'm sure he's very aware of what's being said on the tigerdroppings coaching changes board

There's been "smoke" many times before
He's responded many times before, emphatically
Even recently
Doesn't matter because he's a liar.

Truth is he is waiting for something. Either for Bama to counter or for Mack to finally be gone

If he came out and said he was staying, would you believe him?

Saban's response, "I will not be the head coach at Texas."

The only real "smoke" right now is Mack is retiring.

Nothing other speculation that Saban is going to Texas. He is doing the right thing at this time.

Actually the Saban to Texas rumors are national on radio and talk. It isn't just the coaching changes board. Saban has been hearing it for a couple of days and he's probably hearing it from recruits' families. The fact that Saban, Texas and Alabama have not made any definitive statements one way or the other signals that Saban is considering some kind of actual proposal.

Doesn't mean he will go. Just that he is considering it.

Saban: All I do is win, so let's do this Debo!!

Bevo: Coach, the name is Bevo.

Saban: Really? I'll get that changed.....just wait and see!

Bevo: Moooooo!

I wouldn't think so everyone knows he's gone.

If he came out and denied it, no one would believe him anyway.

Actually, history suggests that if he does deny it then he really is gone.

My wish, Bert Bulimia steps down, Malzahn loses the BCS, goes home to Arkansas and Saban goes to Auburn just to show he can turn around and try to destroy two programs that he helped to resurrect.

If he does make a statement and says "I am not going to be the University of Texas coach", look out.
