Been enjoying 3/18/97 this morning, which coincidentally has a nice horn section. Really dig the My Soul, Prince Caspian and Funky Bitch encore.

Same here. Glad I am a short bike ride away. We have a convoy of wooks on wheels.
I have never flown a flag a JF. Any tips? I plan on getting PVC for the pole but don 't know what to use for the base.

I can't sit still my first day at Jazz Fest. Probably Guitar Slim Jr to start the day in the Blues tent, Raw Oyster Cult at Gentilly, Anders followed by some Phish at Acura, then go hit the end of Robert Plant's set at Gentilly.. (hoping for some Blurred Lines as i walk the track next to Congo!)

We will be rocking a flag for the first time this year too. Will MB members be posting pics of their flags? I'll post one, but since I'll be the only poster out of all the people underneath it you all will just have to try and figure out which one is Eddie.
(I'm assuming you all will guess whichever one looks like a Custy or Narc)

You must post a picture of your flag Heady. Need to know where the key bumps are for Phish. I think most people just hold the flag poles most of the time. Hard to really bring a base in I would think. I have never messed with one. If you see the big shining blender on a pole at Phish, that's Krewe De Blender. I might be near by.
