Motion industries should have the seals. As far as the rebuild, I helped my dad rebuild one when I was a teenager. Don't remember much but you need the right tools. Snap ring pliers of different shapes and sizes I think.

Just picked up a few o-rings from AutoZone. Gonna leave the internal seals alone.
