I took it apart, and it has the same components as high quality ones. Probably a little lower quality pump and steel, but it is worth trying since it is only gonna cost $10 to work it over

I am pretty sure it is a brand that is now Torin, but a pro series jack.

This one LINK is almost exactly like it, and that guy rebuilt his. I figured it is worth a shot since he took the time to do it
