Bad weather is not irrelavant althought this storm won't do much to offshore rigs.........now if this was a category 3, UGAZ could jump 5 bucks in a DAY.

if you choke off the supply with gulf storms then they don't make inventory projections.....this, in turn, causes drastic reaction in the futures market.
