i'm so sorry that the idea of having one more losing year to you is so distasteful that you'd turn down a decade of being a potential dynasty.

I'm sorry that you dislike the makeup of this roster so much that 17 games in you feel the need to tank to get another player who may, or may not pan out.

Spoken like a true loser. NBA players want to win. Another season of losing basketball isn't what these young guys need. The bobcats and raptors have tried that route for years.

It would have to be more than just a losing season, it would have to be a downright terrible season. No way this team gets a top 5 pick unless you bench half the roster from here on out.

No reason to stunt the growth of a solid core to have a chance at a top 5 draft pick that is unlikely to be better than our top 5 players right now.

Mr. Benson doesn't accept your apology.

On the one hand I could have handled another developmental year, but on the other, I still make that Holiday trade if it comes up, which makes it hard to stay in developmental mode. With the pick only being top 5 protected and the Eastern conference being so horrid, there's just no way we can keep our pick. Tanking typically occurs when GMs trade able bodied players for prospects. There's just no practical way to tank short of sitting both AD and Anderson.
