Does anybody know what the general recovery time for this is?

From everyone's reactions it doesn't seem good but are we talking "frick! a month" or "frick! the season"?

It's probably not as bad as everyone is letting on. I googled non-displaced fracture and it's apparently not that bad (what do I know though, I had to google it ). But the fact that he needs his hand to play it may keep him out for a little while. Plus there's the possibility of a nagging injury for the rest of the season. That's what I'm really worried about.

I think it'll be a month to 6 weeks, just based on myself having the same injury a year ago. Having said that it's not real painful after about a week, he could tough it out but he would risk fully breaking it
