Bowls not obligated to take anyone

Cotton Bowl is obligated to take the SECCG loser if it goes past the BCS Selection round and Cap One round.

USA Today

quote:

This year it is the Cotton Bowl's turn, by contract with the SEC, to take the loser of the SEC Championship Game should it still be available after the BCS bowl selections and the Capital One selection.

In this scenario, either Auburn/Mizzou loser goes to Cotton with the winner either in the BCSCG/Sugar Bowl.

Bama will either be in the Sugar Bowl/another non BCSCG BCS Bowl

I am assuming South Carolina/SECCG loser gets the Capital One.

We're the only 3-loss the in the SECCG, and i'd have to assume we'd go to the Outback Bowl.

We're in Cotton or Outback I think.

If the Cotton passes and Outback is real dicks about only picking SEC-E team, UGA would be here, and we'd fall to Chicken.

Capital One WILL take 11-2 Auburn or 11-2 Mizzou division champ over 10-2 South Carolina that lost to awful Tennessee. And Outback WILL take South Carolina over every other SEC team left, including LSU, which leaves the Cotton, which WILL take LSU.

no

if Mizzou losses and they are still available for the outback they would take them.
