I have a question: Could a holding penalty be called by a lineman holding his own player in that case?

There is another gif in one of the other threads on this topic (not sure which board) and it shows him slipping at the beginning of the play. He somehow landed directly on his face, but got right back up and completed the play (although he did not make the play). It does look funny as hell with him just laying there like that with no one else near him.
