LA food Christmas gift basket

If you were to put something like this together, what would you include? All items must be able to travel easily.
So far I have Crystal, Slap Ya Mama, a dry Jambalaya mix, and Cafe du Monde beignets mix

Bergeron pecans or these candied pecans (can't remember the brand) that they have at the local produce market. Lots of good local jellies and other local stuff found at produce markets like Southside Produce or Fresh Pickins in BR.

Louisiana mix pouches are good: hushpuppies, fish cry, shrimp fry, etc. Was planning on barbeque baskets for the guys, but may do this instead.
