Is Hester the only player to whom a season of experience has mattered? Ryan Baker was a lot better as a Junior and then again as a Senior, if memory serves. Also, he actually played LB.
Hester was a badass from day one, while Welter has shone flashes of competence. Still not sure why we're comparing the two.

You are a true blue moron. Just because someone says that players can get better with experience, I.E. Hester and Minter, does not mean said player will become the same caliber.
