In my opinion, there is no way this ends without going to court. He may be innocent, but this shows they were together. If I had to put money on it just with what we know, Winston won't be available for a possible national championship game.
If you are Jimbo Fisher, do you start Maguire against Idaho? Part of me says it's too early to think about this but with UF in two weeks he will need all the live snaps he can possibly get until then.
