Yeah me too... and how much did you drink on top of that xanax?

It sounds like this girl had 1-2 drinks, considering what the police report said about her not being intoxicated.

But exactly. This girl could of only had 1 or 2 drinks. And 1 of them had a small dosage drug in it.

0.04 - 0.05 is about 2 beers. For anybody over the age of 13 and 80lbs, 2 beers is not enough to make them so impaired that they would have no idea what they were doing.

I know people react different to alcohol and all of that. But 2 beers wont impair someone to that extent.

Again, she could've tested a 0.04-0.07 at the time. She went to the police station 2 hours after the incident supposedly happened. She could've easily been at 0.13 at the time of the incident starting or beginning which is likely between 20-30+ minutes. Again, her not being considered legally drunk at the time of her testing doesn't mean she wasn't drunk.

If a drunk driver is at 0.11% when leaving the bar and manages to drive for 2 hours before getting pulled over, he'd test at 0.07% which would get him/her off. That is to say they weren't legally drunk.

Too much in this story isn't adding up and that is why waiting and letting details come out before rushing to judgment either way.

If this chic is desperate for money, she certainly could later sell the story to espn, tmz, etc for a decent amount of money.
