I have them stored on my PC and a external hard drive.
That's my setup as well. I have everything lossless on my computer, which I wifi to an Apple airport. It leaves the airport on a 1m glass optical cable and goes out to my DAC. It's an old school style DAC that I bought to soften up the system. My amp has a tube based preamp that does pretty well. Control it all over iPhone.
Nutty looking too, just an airport, DAC, and amp. And one seriously badass tube television.
I wish I had something like my friend's setup.
He's got a turntable where the computer is now.
The airpot is cool though, I can see both of my iMacs which have different fidelity collections (only one is lossless) and everyone who has an iPhone can play off their ipod app.

Does the airport have better sound quality than Bluetooth?
