Does anyone think it's worth it to get the CAPM, offered by PMI? I'm early in my career and have been working on an IT/IS project team for the past 2+ years. I eventually want to get into IT project management (within the next 5 years or so).

It's not going to hurt. I thought it was helpful to get comfortable with the testing format for the PMP.
I wouldn't expect it to make a huge difference in hiring/$$$$.... but it won't hurt.
