I dont have a lot of experience with Xbox, PS, or other consuls.

Thinking of getting the 360, 4GB for my 7-year old. How big of a factor will the 4GB system be vs. systems with more memory?

Tks

If you're set on buying a 360 you're going to want more storage space than 4 GB. Games need patches, saves, downloaded content, and there are fully downloadable games as well.

Out of curiosity, though, why the 360?

You'll eventually need a bigger hard drive. Go ahead and get a bigger hdd now.

Get the big one, you don't really get all 4 gigs anyway.

Whether he downloads games or not, most games have updates and patches and he will constantly have to delete stuff to make room. It's a pain in the arse.

Once the One drops, 360 bundles will be dirt cheap and you could probably get a 250 G plus two games for $300.

Buy the 4G. Then buy a 16GB flash drive for cheap.

Don't buy the big HDD. It is a waste of money.
