I do a simple version sometimes, too. Stop at Checkers. Order a Champ burger, extra lettuce (that part always stumps them). If I take it home, the dog gets the bun. If I'm at work, it goes in the trash. Eat it like a salad. The dressing comes from the mustard mayo ketchup. The pickle helps it taste like I'm having a regular burger.

Been a long time since I saw a checkers burger place. As I recall they were pretty good burgers.
