I think his stock would rise if he stayed because next year team will run QB read

3rd-4th imo. RB's are dropping in NFL draft value.

He'll have to beat out Gurley, Yeldon, Drake, Davis, etc just like he will have to beat Sankey, Carey, Seastrunk, Grice, Hyde, Gordon possibly this year or next.

Go this year, get drafted 3rd or 4th back (second round) and save a year of wear and tear.

Somebody pointed this out already, but Hill owes a lot to LSU for sticking by him despite his troubles. He should return.

Not many backs go in the first round anymore. Think Hill will go in the second round, or third at the latest which is very good. He is a top three back in the nation, with a combination of size , quickness, and power that NFL covets, but is hard to find. With three games left, he will likely finish with near 1300 yards, averaging nearly 7 yards a carry. That's unreal, especially considering he sat out the opener, half of the second game, and should have received more carries in a few games where the coaches seemed to have lost their minds temporarily by not giving him carries that possibly could have helped the team(ole miss). Hill would be doing he right thing by leaving, because Les is all in for Fournette, and Hill's carries would only decrease after this year, meaning less production for him. Although I would love to see Hill and Fournette in the same backfield, if he doesn't leave it make for a crowded backfield with Hill, Fournette, Magee, (possibly)Hilliard, Paleile, possibly Darrell Williams.

Will Yeldon be benched for a while after his fumble?

Lol. He gains nothing by waiting a year.

I have not seen anything on this, yet I would not think he would go higher than the 6th round regardless of which year he enters the draft.
