Just reading some of the posts, I guess most people here thought we would go undefeated and win the BCS. So I'm curious...what did you think our record would be this season?

I thought 9-3...with a few breaks, maybe 10-2.

I predicted we'd lose to Bama 55-17 so I'm actually thrilled we played well enough to keep the game within four touchdowns against a far superior program. I also predicted a 9-3, 8-4 season with another Chicken Bowl appearance, and right now they have met my expectations, which certainly means Miles is a great coach.

I was between 3 or 4 losses. I had us losing to GA and AL with possible losses to Ole Miss (away), aTm (at home) and was worried about TCU (first game of the year and at a neutral sight).

By game week of the Ole Miss game I thought we would win. They were very banged up and we were hitting our stride. I agree with Les and blame that one on him.

9-3 and I warned about ol miss (just b/c so many games have been soooo close.
I agreed w/ majority of posters at 9-3 and thought 8-4 was a possibility. most magazines/editorials call it 9-3 or worse.

I also put on my pg glasses and hoped for 12-0.

but, since i'm a 60's alum, I never expect 12-0.

this is the freaking sec!
Alabama has always been an national power. al gets help from the national press and esp the sec/slive offices.

9-3, or 8-4

?

Eta: Had UGA, Bama, ATM and possibly Ole Miss as losses. Lots of people got ridiculed for having Ole Miss as a possible loss.
