I'd think She-Hulk would be one of those kind of "fits two places" characters. She is, I think most closely related with the Hulk, being Bruce Banner's cousin. when I think of She-Hulk, it's with the FF at this point. I believe the rights issues is some sort of combination of first appearance and most appearances in these flagship books. Namor is a tough one two, although I think Marvel has the rights to him now, he's been a X-Man,an Avenger,an Invader (Cap should have had two movies pre Avengers), Fantastic Four, etc.
