Front office member handled the matter at the golf course. Incognito refused to cooperate, which is why the police were brought in.
Now tell me, how does this guy become a member of the leadership council? How does the front office allow such following this event?

initially, probably when he was drunk
i'm sure his lawyer got a call/letter in a day and it was handled within a few days since charges were never filed
i doubt the dolphins would pay a settlement for incognito, but stranger things have happened
it's obvious that she reached settlement, b/c that's why she' under a confidentiality agreement
