According to Mark Berman of FOX 26 in Houston, one of the three kickers brought in for a Tuesday Gong Show tryout said that the Texans aren’t yet ready to sign a replacement.

“We all hit the ball really well, but they told us they were not ready to make a move at this point,” Neil Rackers said.

Yep, I officially root for a dumb arse organization with no standards whatsoever. The whore of the NFL trash.

Don't give them that much credit. It took a Schaub injury to give Case a chance.

I'd take Rackers in a second over RB. It's a consistent tendency among the Texans to keep junk players on staff. Same with Schaub.

Texans will win nothing as long as Bob McNair is calling the shots.

Funny story. My girlfriend (from Louisiana) works with a Bama fan and they are in their monthly close phase so they all have to work late. The Bama woman says "hey, we are still going to be friends after Saturday right?"

His kick at the end of the game Sunday night was so awful. That thing did not even have a chance

What a fricking joke. Dude is 12-20 on the year, worst % for any kicker with at least 20 attempts.

Just cut your losses and move on.

This is dumb, even if you think he isn't that bad, his confidence level right now is zero.

You don't think Schaub could've played in the KC game if Kubiak wanted him to?

Kubiak seized an opportunity for a no-lose situation to see what he had in Keenum. If he had to go back to Schaub, there wouldn't have been the stigma of being benched.

I really don't understand why they wouldn't bring back graham, who kicked well for them last year.

Obviously, he's better than RB. Hell, I'm better than Fat Randy. But Graham missed a TON of clutch FGs last year that he needed to make. I'd prefer Rackers over any of the three.

Also, I'm kind of starting to think that Kubiak really isn't an issue but that it was Schaub's limitations all along: zero mobility, not a big arm, etc.

Oh, and fire Marciano.
