Boudin masters, I still have not perfected the "snap" in the casing.
I grilled it for a few minutes (top rack - high heat) over my chops, the casing started to bust a little so I took it off. Casing is still soft, but I didnt want the filling to bust out. Should I have left it on the grill?

Friend took these pumpkins around town to various places for Halloween pics. In front of city hall.
Hope everyone has a good one.

I usually boil my boudin in beer unless I'm smoking it.

I par boil mine in crab boil, remove and let cool for a few and toss in oil and stick on grill. They expand a good bit and the water allows it to happen without the casing failure, it will happen from time to time but not as much as sticking straight on grill at high heat. Also don't do mine real hot either.
